Important — please read
Fundamentalsinfo provides educational and informational content only. It is not investment advice, and we are not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing on this site is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Model portfolios are illustrative and meant for learning, not as advice to invest. Securities investments are subject to market risks, including the possible loss of capital. Always do your own research and consult a SEBI-registered adviser before investing.
1. Agreement to these terms
These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fundamentalsinfo (the “Service”), operated by CA Akhil Malhotra. By creating an account, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What we provide
Fundamentalsinfo is an educational research platform focused on Indian listed companies. We publish fundamental analysis, business and industry write-ups, plain-English summaries of company filings and earnings calls, and curated model portfolios that track illustrative, theme-based baskets of stocks. Some content and features are free; others require a one-time payment to unlock.
3. Not investment advice
All content on the Service is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Fundamentalsinfo is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst, and nothing on the Service constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, or a recommendation, solicitation, or offer to buy or sell any security. Model portfolios, returns, target prices, and any opinions are illustrative and may be wrong. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and should consult a qualified, SEBI-registered professional before acting on any information found here.
4. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, and you agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
5. Purchases, pricing, and payments
Prices on the Service are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI, or bank-account details. All purchases are subject to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
5.1 One-time stock report purchases
Individual stock reports are sold as one-time purchases. Each payment unlocks access to that specific report for your account for as long as the Service continues to offer it. The purchase is personal and non-transferable.
5.2 Curated Portfolios subscription
Access to the Curated Portfolios product is sold as a 30-day window for ₹2,000. Each successful payment grants access for 30 days from the payment date. There is no automatic renewal. Your access ends at the end of the 30-day window unless you choose to pay again, which starts a fresh 30-day window. Refund rules for this subscription are set out in section 3 of the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
6. Intellectual property
All content on the Service — including reports, write-ups, data compilations, text, graphics, and the underlying software — is owned by CA Akhil Malhotra or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publish, or create derivative works from the content without our prior written permission.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share, resell, or sublicense your account or any paid content;
- scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract content except as expressly permitted;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, its accounts, or its systems;
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in any way that could damage or impair it.
8. Third-party data and accuracy
The Service relies on data from third-party sources such as stock exchanges, regulatory filings, and data providers. While we take reasonable care, we do not warrant that any content is accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Content may be delayed, summarised, or simplified, and may contain mistakes. You should verify any information that is important to you against primary sources.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CA Akhil Malhotra, its owners, and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, capital, data, or trading or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service or any reliance on its content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. To the extent any liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CA Akhil Malhotra and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or your breach of these Terms.
12. Changes to the Service and these Terms
We may modify or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Mohali shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
